We accept orders via our website only.

Within 24-36 hours your order will be processed, packaged and shipped via your stated method

Orders within Estonia will usually take around 1-2 working days. For orders outside Estonia the delivery times will vary and will depend on your chosen shipping method..

We only accept euros.

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

If you place an order on Monday to Friday your order will be posted the same day or the next working day. If an order is placed over weekend, it will be posted the following working day.

We post worldwide and no order is too small.

We refund on all items where the refund has been requested within 30 days of purchase and provided the item is returned sealed and unused. This does not include tweezers which can not be returned for hygiene reasons. We also offer refunds on items that arrive faulty or are not as described. If the item is no longer required or you changed your mind, you will be liable for the costs of returning the item. If the incorrect item was dispatched to you, or the item arrives damaged we will reimburse your return postage costs. For clarification please refer to our terms and conditions page here.
