Lash Dolls UK Delivery Policy

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left for delivery. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs. Lash Dolls Europe is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We will send a confirmation to your email as soon as the order is processed. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, DPD will have the most current information regarding your package. After it has left our premises, we are not liable for your package. If your items are being shipped to a business, please include the name of the business as well as the name of the recipient. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information. Lash Dolls Uk will not be responsible for any orders that have been confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail or any domestic delivery service used in the originated country of purchase.

Lash Dolls Europe Return Policy

If in the unlikely event you have received a faulty product or if you are dissatisfied with an item and would like a return or exchange, please notify us by email at info@lashdollsuk.eu within 7 days of receiving your order. We offer exchange on items that are sealed and unused. This does not include tweezers which can not be returned for hygiene reasons. If we are not notified within 7 days of receiving the product, it will not be able to be refunded or exchanged. We offer refunds on items that arrive faulty. You will need to contact Lash Dolls U.K. within 7 days of recieving your product via email, and provide images and a full description of the issue. This will then be assessed by the Lash Dolls U.K. team. If we recieve an item back that we do not think is eligible for a refund, a refund will not be processed and your item may be sent back out to you. Please note, we are not liable for the costs of returning any items. If you are wanting to send a product back to us, the shipping costs will be covered by the customer. In the occasion where an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via email with the option of exchanging these items or receiving a refund. The email we contact you on will be the one linked to your Lash Dolls Europe account. If we do not get a reply within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise in the email) then a refund will be automatically processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for this refund to show in your account.
